MP-5 Monitoring Scheduler released

Manages what data is expected and alerts when data is missing.

The new Monitoring Scheduler stores and manages monitoring schedules.

Once schedules are created, they auto-generate visits. Visits require certain locations to be visited, and variables be measured. When the data arrives into the database, it is marked against the visit, and percentage complete updated.

Because MP-5 can now be aware of data is due to be collected, and subsequently what data is missing, it can pro-actively send reminders and warnings to users according to data status and settings.
