The IMS Training Records module manages employee training
records and the status of employee training compliance.
- Allow employees to be informed and responsible for ensuring
they remain compliant with their training requirements.
- Sends automatic email alerts to employees/managers when
training is required
- Managers can then follow up in cases where the employees need
extra assistance
- Highly configurable training requirements, employees are given
roles, and each role has its own set of training requirements
- Managers can then be granted access to user's training plans,
either directly for specific users, via sites or regions they may
