MP-Link is an Outlook Add-In and can be used with Microsoft
Outlook 2007 and 2010.
Once installed and configured, MP-Link will scan all incoming
email based on user defined 'rules'. It will take attachments from
emails which pass these rules and automatically place them in user
defined folders. With MP-5 set to auto import from these folders
the process of receiving and importing routine data obtained via
email can be completely automated.
The rule system is very flexible and enables the user to
configure the automatic management of a number of different data
types from a number of different data providers. Ensuring each
import file is automatically moved to the correct import folder for
seemless data importing via MP-5.
MP-Link typically only neeeds to be installed once per system
and can be purchased individually for £250.
